Shipping
We send our table tops via forwarding agents. We will notify you as soon as your order has been completed and is ready for delivery. The elaborate packaging is tried and tested and ensures a safe journey. The delivery date is agreed in advance by the shipping company by e-mail or telephone.
For deliveries to the point of use, please check in advance that access points, stairwells or elevators are large enough to ensure a smooth process.
The current delivery time can be seen in the configurator or in the shopping cart. The delivery time may be extended by up to 2 weeks during public holidays and around the turn of the year.
Deutschland
The price includes free delivery to the kerbside. We coordinate the delivery date with you to the exact day with a time window of 2 to 4 hours.
The carefree package. For an extra charge of € 149, we will deliver your table top to the point of use. The packaging is removed and disposed of by the shipping company. We recommend this service especially for larger table tops.
You are also welcome to collect your table top directly from our workshop in 33415 Verl. We will inform you of the exact address after your order has been placed.
Switzerland
The carefree package. Delivery to the point of use. The packaging is removed and disposed of by the shipping company.
For deliveries to Switzerland, we take care of customs clearance and the payment of 7.7% VAT upon importation of the goods.
Shipping incl. the import formalities will be charged at 249 €.
Austria
The carefree package. Delivery to the point of use. The packaging is removed and disposed of by the shipping company.
We charge €179 for premium shipping to Austria.
EU
We deliver to the following countries in the EU:
Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Austria.
We charge € 179 for shipping.
